I was the Chief Executive Officer at Peel Health Campus for several years and previously worked as the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at Hollywood Private Hospital. I am a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. My diverse experience includes more than 20 years’ working in the property, mining and health industries in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.  | Director of Medical Services Dr John Maxwell I am an Emergency and Acute Physician with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in the UK and Australia. I am a fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, the Australian College of Emergency Medicine and the Royal Colleague of Physicians of Edinburgh. My qualifications also include a Master’s degree in Medical Leadership and an Executive MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School. I am proud to work with the team at Hollywood, where I can pursue my passion for delivering the highest standards of patient-centred care through excellence in leadership, service redesign, quality improvement and digital transformation. |
 | Director of Clinical Services Karol Edge I have more than two decades of nursing experience in Australia and abroad. My experience includes working across the public and private sectors in management roles, and also in delivering direct patient care. Previously, I was the Acting Chief Executive Officer at Peel Health Campus and prior to that, I was the Director of Clinical Services at Peel (May 2018 and March 2022). I have a strong clinical governance background, both with my previous experience in the UK, and more recently from the private sector in Perth. I am a passionate advocate for safe patient centred care and this is the focus for my leadership of the clinical services teams. |
 | Director of Finance Sharon Wade I was appointed Director of Finance and Corporate Services in August 2019 after seven years in the Finance team at Hollywood, five as Finance Manager. I have more than 25 years' experience in financial and operational management across a broad range of industries. I am a member of the Australian Institute of Management and have recently completed the Chief Executive Women Leaders program. The Hollywood staff and leaders epitomise the Ramsay Way philosophy "People Caring for People" and I feel privileged to work alongside such a dedicated team, committed to providing exceptional customer service. |
 | Director of Corporate Services Julianne Allan I joined the Hollywood team in June 2016 as Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager. I have extensive experience in the HR field, having worked as a consultant, university lecturer and as State HR Manager for Coca-Cola Amatil. I hold a Master of Psychology degree from UWA, majoring in organisational psychology. I'm a passionate supporter of the community and am a member of the Nulsen Group board. I feel fortunate to have joined such an outstanding team and to be working as part of a true icon in the Australian private healthcare system. |
